After your payment is approved, your server is automatically installed and ready for use within 5-10 minutes. Access information is sent to your email address.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with credit card (3D Secure), debit card, wire transfer/EFT and balance loading. Credit card payments are approved instantly.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your package when your needs increase. The upgrade process takes a few minutes and your data is preserved.

Will I have root access?

Yes, you have full root/administrator access in all our VDS packages. You can install and configure any software you want on your server.

Which operating systems do you support?

We support Ubuntu (20.04, 22.04), Debian (10, 11), CentOS (7, 8), AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and Windows Server versions.

Can I reinstall my server?

Yes, you can reinstall your server with a different operating system at any time via the panel. This process takes 5-10 minutes.

What happens if I exceed the traffic limit?

If you exceed your traffic limit, your server will not be closed, only the bandwidth will be reduced. You can purchase additional traffic packages if you wish.

What are the ping values?

We guarantee <1ms ping on our Turkey located servers. We provide ultra-low latency with our optimized network infrastructure.

Billing & Cancellation

When are invoices issued?

Invoices are automatically issued on your selected billing date in monthly, quarterly or annual periods and sent via e-mail.

Is there automatic renewal?

Yes, your invoices are generated automatically. If you wish, you can save your credit card and make automatic payments or verify manually.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, we offer an unconditional refund guarantee. No refund is made for the remaining time in subsequent cancellation transactions.

We offer 24/7 technical support service. You can reach us via the ticket system. Average response time is <5 minutes.

What is your SLA (Service Level Agreement) guarantee?

We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fall below this guarantee, a proportional refund will be made to your account.
