Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days.

2. Exception for Digital Content

Virtual server services are digital content that starts immediately. After activation:

• Right of withdrawal cannot be used.
• This is a legal exception (Regulation Article 15/ğ).
• Confirmed during order: "I understand that the right of withdrawal will be lost."

3. Refund Eligible Cases

• If service is not activated within 24 hours
• If persistent technical issues prevent use
• If there is a fundamental difference between the promised and delivered service

4. Refund Process

• Submit a refund request via ticket system.
• Request is evaluated within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
• Refund is made to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• After using the server
• After Terms of Service violation
• After account termination

6. Partial Refund

For long-term packages, refund for unused portion may be made. Usage period and administrative fee are deducted.
