• DDoS attacks or network security threatening activities
• Hosting copyright infringing content
• Illegal content (child abuse, terrorism propaganda, etc.)
• Cryptocurrency mining (unauthorized)
• Tor exit nodes or open proxy operation
• Port scanning or vulnerability scanning
• Phishing or fraud websites

4. Resource Usage

• Avoid excessive use of purchased resources.
• Avoid activities that affect other users on shared resources.
• Warning or service restriction when excessive resource usage is detected.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are made in advance.
• Service is suspended for overdue payments.
• Server suspended after 3 days delay.
• Server and data deleted after 5 days delay.

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to our services, prices, and these terms. Important changes will be notified via email.

7. Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up data on your server. We cannot be held responsible for data loss. We recommend regular backups.

8. Account Termination

Your account may be terminated without warning if terms are violated. Authorities will be notified if illegal content is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
