2. Subject of Agreement

This agreement covers virtual server (VDS/VPS) hosting services.

3. Service Provider Obligations

  • Provide service according to the selected package.
  • 99.9% uptime guarantee (excluding planned maintenance).
  • DDoS protection.
  • Technical support via ticket system.

4. Customer Obligations

  • Not to use the server for illegal activities.
  • To pay on time.
  • To comply with Terms of Service.
  • To keep account information secure.

5. Service Levels

  • Server Setup: Maximum 24 hours (usually 5-10 minutes)
  • Ticket Response: Maximum 24 hours (average <5 minutes)
  • Planned Maintenance: 48 hours prior notice

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement. Prepaid fees are not refundable.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war, legal changes, etc.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are subject to Turkish laws. Izmir Courts are authorized.
